How to Use
‘ADD 1 scoop (45 grams/2 TBSP) powder to your main wash cycle.
Use half the amount for smaller loads.
Optimum temperature is 40-60 degrees, however please follow garment care advice to avoid any unwanted shrinkage or damage.
Dissolve powder before adding to clothes if hand washing. Do not apply directly onto clothing as staining could occur.
As your gym gear, activewear and sports clothes typically hold a fair amount of sweat and other bodily fluids, we highly recommend a short prewash, followed by a longer main wash. Keys to a successful clean are the right amount of laundry to get good agitation (aim for 3/4 full machine when wet), the right enzyme based detergent (like this one!) and a good, long wash. Trust me as much as its tempting, don’t skimp on the quick cycle.
De Funk Your Junk
The plant based enzymes in SPORT are designed to get in deep to the fibres of your gym gear and really remove all the funk-i-ness you don’t want to think about. So the best way to remove this build up especially if you have been using weaker detergents is to DE-FUNK as follows.
Step 1. Add 1-2 Scoops of SPORT detergent to your sink/bucket/Strucket in lukewarm water, and mix everything around until the powder dissolves.
Step 2. Add your funky, smelly, nasty, not-so-sure about sports gear to a large tub.
Step 3. Leave to soak and de-funk for 1-4 hours. Go for that walk, lift those weights or put your feet up while SPORT does its magic.
Step 4. Take a pic of that nasty looking water (and send to us) then add your items to your washing machine and run them through a short cycle with NO detergent. Even go the extra rinse if you like. Line Dry. Smell the no-more-funk sports gear and bask in the glory of sweat free, ultra clean sports gear forever more.
To maintain this funk-free workout gear, make sure you use SPORT detergent in every wash.

This powder is the business! So refreshing to put on a load of stinky clothes - daycare, toilet training, BO - are come back to a fresh, brilliantly clean load. And it does the job, because even if I leave it for a while before hanging out, there’s no smell. So it’s clearly up to the task!

I bought this bundle after finding that some of our family's clothes were not coming clean with our mid-range supermarket laundry powder and a second-hand washing machine. OMG where has this been all my life! Love love this detergent for my stinky work out gear and kids sport clothes.... We have used this on karate uniforms, fabric hats and canvas sneakers and even soaked my yoga mat. We used another eco detergent but I realise now how little it actually cleaned things. Really love this sport detergent and highly recommend. For a plant based option, its seriously amazing.
