Our team dispatch orders daily Monday – Friday. Orders are typically shipped within two business days after payment is received.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $150 for Australian domestic orders only. These will be shipped via Australia Post E-parcel, Parcel Point, Aramax, Couriers Please, Startrack, Parcel Point or other carriers.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat rate $9.95 rate for orders under $170 shipped within Australia. These orders will be shipped by one of our courier partners including Australia Post, FedEx, Aramax, Couriers Please or Parcel Point. You will receive a shipping email with your tracking information once it has been processed.
Express Shipping
At checkout you may see the option for Express Shipping. These are calculated based on the weight and location of your order. Any orders with Express Post are shipped via Australia Post Express Shipping, TNT or DHL.
International Shipping
Luckily we ship international so you can get our awesome range anywhere in the world. These is both standard and express shipping rates displayed at checkout. We can customise a quote for you with difference carriers, so select this please choose Customer Pick Up option at checkout, and we will email you with a quote and process payment separately for your shipping. Any duty/taxes are payable by the customer.
Customer Pick Up – By Appointment
To save on shipping we can organise your order to be collected Mon – Friday by appointment at the Norwood warehouse. Simply select customer pick up at checkout and we will contact you once your order is ready to pick up.
Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from [email protected] confirming once your order is packed and a tracking email from our courier partners as it leaves our warehouse. Please ensure you mark this email as ‘not spam’ so you receive your updates.
Return to Sender Orders Orders that are returned to sender due to non collection or incomplete address will incur new shipping rates to repost the parcel at actual carrier rates, and any refunds as a result of RTS this will have actual shipping costs and any return to sender fees deducted from the return amount as per our returns policy.
